Home Modification Report
A home modification report from an expert will outline what DME is needed and what should be done to the injured party's home to make it accessible for them. The extensive report will include detailed analysis of each area of the home and necessary drawings of existing and proposed floor plans to supplement the detailed scope of work provided.
Needs Assessments
We understand how to assess your client's current and future needs to generate a detailed Needs Assessment report. As a licensed occupational therapist, I am uniquely positioned to evaluate functional skills (ADLs and IADLs) skilled needs, and to extrapolate their needs over a lifetime.
